BRASH YET DISCREET

Certain posters within the campaign were for adult audiences only. They were posted in various gay clubs and adult-oriented shops such as Reflections and Venus Envy. The poster (above left) shows a rainbow coloured variety of vibrators, tying into the well known gay icon – the rainbow flag. The headline is a strong call to action that says ‘everyone’s invited’ and ties in the visual. The characters depicted by the vibrators not only say ‘fun’ but also underscore the variety of people who attend the events.

Sometimes, it’s refreshing, unexpected and funny when a poster boldly states an unspoken truth… something everyone knows yet rarely sees in print. The poster (above right,) does that, while telling viewers that they should get out and do something different.
