Symbol and Identity Manual to be applied within the HR community of The Province of Nova Scotia. The symbol embodies the newly developed vision and mission “Success Through People”.

The symbol:
When an organization is successful, everyone is uplifted. They are energized. They are exuberant. They rise up together, ascending in height and achievement.

The ‘splash’ or burst of exuberance is formed by people. The eight different colours celebrate diversity. The joined hands represent teamwork + cooperation. Joined hands raised in the air also represent pride + achievement within the collective group.
