Summer Condo

Condominiums come in all sizes with the older ones tending to be larger. It was certainly the case with this job ? a beautiful top floor condo with a very cutup layout. People don?t think about taking walls down in a condo and its to bad because this one turned out so lovely. We opened up the den, kitchen and living room to create a modern large space. They were happy with the kitchen for the most part but we did build in a few pieces. We decided it needed an island and pantry so then it had to be decided if we were going to match the existing kitchen or do something else. Well my vote is always?..so something else. The owned a beautiful piece that had been in the family for generations so we used this beloved piece of furniture as our guide.
